購買須知 | Important Information Before Booking

1：Children aged 0 to 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the entire tour.

2：the itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide may adjust the schedule based on weather and on-site conditions.

3：The duration of each stop may vary depending on actual circumstances. Activities will proceed based on weather conditions.

4：If certain attractions are canceled due to unforeseen factors such as traffic or weather, the tour guide will select alternative sites without prior notice.

5：The company is not responsible and will not issue refunds for itinerary disruptions or cancellations caused by uncontrollable events such as flight delays, weather, disasters, wars, or traffic accidents.

6：The aurora is a natural phenomenon. No refunds will be issued if it cannot be seen due to weather conditions.

7：Once the tour is confirmed, all itinerary items and meals included are final. No refunds will be issued for any part missed due to personal reasons.

8：Cancellation and refund requests are based on the date we receive your written notice.

9：After registration is confirmed, the departure date cannot be changed. Any change will be treated as a cancellation and handled accordingly.

10：Once full payment is received, the price is fixed and non-adjustable. Airfare is non-refundable and non-changeable once booked.

 A. If canceled 21 days or more before departure，50% of the tour fee will be forfeited, the rest will be refunded. No date changes are allowed.

 B. If canceled within 21 days of departure, the full tour fee will be forfeited. No date changes are allowed.

11：The company reserves the right to adjust tour prices and modify itineraries if necessary.

12：We strongly recommend all travelers to purchase personal travel insurance. International travelers must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity and any required visas. The company is not responsible and will not issue refunds for denied entry for any reason.
